Peach Marmalade

Peach Marmalade

Servings 4 jars


  • 4 cups peaches, diced
  • 2 oranges, medium
  • 2 lemons, juice and rind
  • 1 bottle maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 package Certo


  • Dice the peaches, oranges, and lemons
  • Add to a large stockpot
  • Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
  • When the mixture boils, let it boil hard for a minute before taking the pot off the heat
  • Add the Certo to the marmalade and stir
  • Skim the marmalade and pour into jars


  • Remember to sterilize your jars first
