Peach Marmalade
Servings 4 jars
Ingredients
- 4 cups peaches, diced
- 2 oranges, medium
- 2 lemons, juice and rind
- 1 bottle maraschino cherries
- 1/2 package Certo
Instructions
- Dice the peaches, oranges, and lemons
- Add to a large stockpot
- Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
- When the mixture boils, let it boil hard for a minute before taking the pot off the heat
- Add the Certo to the marmalade and stir
- Skim the marmalade and pour into jars

- Remember to sterilize your jars first
