Hot Cinnamon Breakfast Buns

An easy way to make a Christmas morning breakfast

Ingredients

  • 18-20 frozen rolls or Overnight Buns
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Bird’s custard powder
  • raisins, nuts, or mixed fruit

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a bundt pan
  • Place 18-20 rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan
  • Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and custard powder mix over the rolls
  • Add raisins, nuts, or mixed fruit as desired
  • Pour melted better over the top
  • Cover with a damp cloth and let stand overnight
  • Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes
  • Remove from overnight and let stand for 10 minutes before taking the cinnamon buns out of the pan
