Diane's Shrimp Mousse
 Servings 12 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonaise
 - 1 pkg cream cheese
 - 2 cans shrimp, drained and rinsed
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 cup celery, diced
 - 1 cup onion, diced
 - 2 pkg unflavoured gelatin
 
Instructions
- Sprinkle the gelatin over a small dish of cold water and let it set
 - In a saucepan, heat the tomato soup. Once warm, add the set gelatin.
 - In a large bowl, beat the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and lemon juice
 - Fold the shrimp, celery, and onion into the bowl. Stir to combine
 - Add the tomato mixture into the bowl and combine
 - Pour the mixture into a greased mould and refrigerate until set (at least 6 hours)
 - Unmould and serve with cracker, French bread, or raw vegetables
 
Notes
- You can substitute light cream cheese or mayonaise without affecting the flavour or consistency of the mousse
