Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Set aside
Beat together oil and sugar. Add the eggs one-at-a-time, making sure to beat well after each addition
Add the cocoa powder to the liquid mixture and combine well
Add the dry ingredients to the dry, beat until smooth
Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan
Bake at 350ºF for 60-80 minutes. Check the oven frequently after one hour*
