Peach Marmalade

Ingredients

cups
peaches
diced
2
oranges
medium
2
lemons
juice and rind

bottle
maraschino cherries

Certo
Instructions
Dice the peaches, oranges, and lemons
Add to a large stockpot
Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
When the mixture boils, let it boil hard for a minute before taking the pot off the heat
Add the Certo to the marmalade and stir
Skim the marmalade and pour into jars
Notes
Remember to sterilize your jars first
