Grandma Bennett’s Meatball

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef, medium or lean
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
Sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vingegar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt
- Roll the meat into golf ball sized balls and place into a casserole dish
- In a large bowl, add the sauce ingredients and stir until well-combined
- Pour the sauce over the raw meatballs and bake in a 350ºF oven for 1 hour
