Diane's Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

cup
mayonaise
1
pkg
cream cheese
2
cans
shrimp
drained and rinsed
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1
cup
celery
diced
1
cup
onion
diced
2
pkg
unflavoured gelatin
Instructions
Sprinkle the gelatin over a small dish of cold water and let it set
In a saucepan, heat the tomato soup. Once warm, add the set gelatin.
In a large bowl, beat the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and lemon juice
Fold the shrimp, celery, and onion into the bowl. Stir to combine
Add the tomato mixture into the bowl and combine
Pour the mixture into a greased mould and refrigerate until set (at least 6 hours)
Unmould and serve with cracker, French bread, or raw vegetables
Notes
You can substitute light cream cheese or mayonaise without affecting the flavour or consistency of the mousse
