large onion

macaroni noodles

celery

garlic

oregano

Parmesan cheese

cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large port, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat
Add the onion, celery, garlic, and green pepper. Saute until the vegetables are softened
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano
Once the mixture is hot, add in the uncooked macaroni and stir occasionally while it cooks. If the mix gets too dry, add water
Once the macaroni is cooked, add the Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Continue stirring until all the cheese is melted
Before serving, taste and adjust seasonings if needed
