Meatballs

medium or lean

breadcrumbs

egg
pinch of salt
Sauce

ketchup

Worcestershire sauce

water

brown sugar

cup
crushed pineapple

small onion
diced

apple cider vingegar

cornstarch
Instructions
Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt
Roll the meat into golf ball sized balls and place into a casserole dish
In a large bowl, add the sauce ingredients and stir until well-combined
Pour the sauce over the raw meatballs and bake in a 350ºF oven for 1 hour
